Replacing Genshin-Impact accounts
The user is obligated to make a video documenting the purchase and the following check of the account in the launcher or on the Genshin-Impact website. Without a video the replacement of the item will be denied
1) Check the email address you've specified while purchasing.
2) Open a letter with an order you have questions about.
3) Click a button in the "Download Product" field (like on this screenshot):
4) Click "Contact the seller".
5) Describe your problem, attach a video link. Click send.
